Noam Chomsky Lecture, February 26, 2000. This speech was presented to a crowd of 2,300 people at the Kiva Auditorium in Albuquerque, New Mexico in celebration of the Interhemispheric Resource Center’s 20th anniversary. Dr. Chomsky is on the IRC’s board of directors, and is donating all proceeds from his talk in support of the IRC.
